Friday's Woodland Therapy at Ffrwddgain woods near Crwbin 10 to 3pm
Friday's weekly woodland management group, learn skills, share in a men's circle, cook and eat together outside. This is a well established, supportive group which has enabled many men to improve their mental health and wellbeing
We will also advertise occasional Ecotherapy sessions at our woodlands.
You may explore your relationships with self, others and life by drawing on nature, as we share about ourselves using the men2men men’s sharing circle format. And listen to other men talk.
Themes will be drawn from the initial round of sharing, which develop further as we walk around the magical woods, looking for natural objects that represent what these themes mean to us in our live.
We will cook and eat together. You will carve with Dean a natural keep sake, that might become a keyring, to remind you of insights you may have had.
You can attend more than one of these ecotherapy days. The experience deepens each time you come. We look forward to being with you.
We also by request can offer women an opportunity to learn how to turn bowls and places on our ever popular DIY for Women course. These fun fast moving day workshops are a great way of learning new skills, within a supportive group and perhaps even working on projects in your home with women you have met on the course.
